| The investment in Gdańsk-Szadółki, Poland, includes two car showrooms with a total usable area of 8,024 sqm. The construction-civil works executed by Allcon Budownictwo as the general contractor and included a turn-key construction of the showrooms together with their full infrastructure and land development.
The eight metre high buildings are designed without a cellar. The front side of each building is serve as a car showroom. The buildings include office spaces with social facilities (toilet, locker room, adjoining kitchen), car check-in and check-out zones, and shops with their own storerooms. The showrooms are designed with special areas where new cars are prepared for sale. Social facilities for the personnel employed to prepare such cars are to be found over these areas.
Building area of the contract objects (buildings A and B) equals to 6163 sqm. Total employment in the both showrooms is amount to 54 people. | |
