We have the pleasure of informing about the award granted to the companies
‘ALLCON Budownictwo’ (General Contractor), ‘Łużycka Investment’ (Investor of Buildings A, B, C and D) and ‘Det Norske Veritas Poland Real Estate’ (Investor of Building E).
That 2nd-degree award in the category of office and administration buildings was given under the competition “Construction Project of the Year 2009".

The awarded project is the Łużycka Office Park – the first office park in Gdynia.
Four A-class office buildings were designed to provide office space for lease.
All office spaces may be arranged according to the lessees’ requirements and are equipped with the state-of-the-art office technology.

n 10th February 2009, the Chairman of Gdynia City Council awarded ALLCON with a prestigious prize – “TIME OF GDYNIA".

The office buildings a and b, part of the Łużycka Office Park, proved to be the best investment project of 2008 in Gdynia. The Chairman of Gdynia City Council awards the investors who contributed most to the development of Gdynia in the previous year.

Within the project “Łużycka Office Park", ALLCON will erect three more A-class office buildings. The project carried out by a company of the ALLCON Group – ALLCON Investment will lead to the creation of the first office park in Gdynia.

The award committee takes into consideration architectural qualities,
number of created jobs, the improvement of the inhabitants’ standard of living and the impact on the economic transformation of the city. We are happy that ALLCON’s project meets those criteria.

On 7th of February 2008 in the building of NOT in Gdansk an announcement of winners of 11th edition of the Pomeranian Quality Prize Competition was held. Allcon S.A. has been rewarded in the Laureate of the Decade category.

The awarding ceremony of the XVII edition of the “Construction of the Year" competition organized by Polish Association of Technician& Engineers of Civil Engineering took place on 28th of June 2007 in Warsaw. Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o., as Investor and Allcon S.A., as General Contractor has been rewarded with a title Construction of the Year 2006 and first degree prize and in the category of residential constructions industry for the residential-service complex "Redlowska Cascade" in Gdynia.
Allcon S.A. has been rewarded with honours diploma for the realization of the office-building of the LOTOS S.A. Group in Gdansk as well.

On 10th of February 2007 the prizes and favouritisms in the " Gdynia’s Time" competition organized every year by the City Council of Gdynia were awarded.
The competition purpose is to appoint the best, in the contests chapter opinion, investment in Gdynia. Notified candidatures must distinguish oneself among other: with architectural values, influence on the development of the tourism and promotion of the city and number of created workplaces.
In this year’s edition of the contest the favouritism of the Chairman of the City Council for “The best investment in Gdynia of the year 2006" were awarded to Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o. company for “The REDŁOWSKA CASCADE housing-service complex" in Gdynia.
