The have the pleasure of informing about the gold emblem that was awarded to the company ‘ALLCON Budownictwo’ in the top quality management category - QI ORDER.
The award was granted under the Forum Quality International competition organised by “Business Forum" – the supplement to the daily “Gazeta Prawna".

The competition, which is open to all institutions, manufacturers and service providers operating in Poland and pursuing a clear quality policy, was organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the Polish Forum ISO 9000 Club.

In January 2010, the Forbes magazine published the Forbes Diamonds Ranking - the list of the companies which are the fastest at increasing their value.

We have the pleasure of informing about a very good result of Allcon Budownictwo.

In the category of medium-sized companies (revenues from PLN 50 to 250 million) we ranked 2nd in the Pomorskie Voivodeship and 76th in Poland.
It must be mentioned that the Pomorskie Voivodeship ranked 6th in Poland as far as the number of Diamonds is concerned.

The Forbes Diamonds Ranking is prepared in cooperation with the business information company Dun & Bradstreet. The analysis of the value increase dynamics covered the years of 2006, 2007 and 2008. Information about the companies was gathered in 2009 and some present-day data, such as settlement payments, were also considered.

In the course of public procurement procedure, the company Allcon Budownictwo has been appointed the General Contractor for the completion of Faculty of Biology for the University of Gdansk.

Since October 2008, also acting as a General Contractor, the company has been working on a university building for the Faculty of Social Sciences in Bażyńskiego Street in Gdansk;
the completion scheduled for April 2010.

The Faculty of Biology will be located in Wita Stwosza Street in Gdansk and completed by June 2011.

Both investments mentioned above belong to a larger project named "Construction of Baltic Campus of the University of Gdansk in the years 2007-2013".

We have a pleasure to inform about a new project of the member of the Allcon Group: the company AIP 3 Investment. The aim of the project is to extend the Allcon @ Park complex. Allcon @ Park 3 is another office building to be erected in Słowackiego Street in Gdańsk, near two already existing buildings. The third A-class office building with the usable floor space of 12 000 m2 will be constructed by Allcon Budownictwo acting as the general contractor. The investor intends to have the building available for lease in the first half of 2011.

The Łużycka Office Park complex will have two more buildings (C and D), constructed by Allcon Budownictwo acting as the general contractor. The last building of the complex (building E) is currently under construction. The company Łużycka Investment plans to have the entire complex completed by the end of the first quarter of 2010.
