The last office building (building E) in Łużycka Office Park complex is being erected exclusively for Det Norske Veritas Poland Real Estate. The companies DNV Poland Real Estate, Łużycka Investment and Allcon Budownictwo signed a general contractor agreement. Building E is being constructed by Allcon Budownictwo acting as the general contractor.

In November 2009, the company Allcon Budownictwo will commence the construction of Building A of the Sportowa Office Centre. Building A constitutes phase 1 of the project consisting of two modern office buildings. The Centre in Sportowa Street in Gdynia will be constructed for the company Sanipor.

Just like in previous years, the newspaper Rzeczpospolita published its “List 2000", i.e. the ranking of the largest Polish companies. Questionnaires were sent to 4000 enterprises of the minimum income in 2008 amounting to PLN 80 million.

We have a pleasure to inform that the company Allcon Budownictwo had a good, 1198th position.

This is better than in previous years (1273rd in 2007 and 1480th in 2006) and shows how the status of Allcon Budownictwo among Polish enterprises improves.

Now all companies under the common name ALLCON make up a modern and flexible Corporate Group managed by a closed investment fund answerable to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Thereby, we adhere to our basic principle of full financial transparency.

Our line of business and the manner of cooperation with our Clients, Contractors and Suppliers remain unaffected.

We are convinced that our new status of business will strengthen our position in dealings with financial organisations as well as the institutional and economic environment.
