On the 15th March 2003 Witawa Family Centre has been opened in Gdynia. An inauguration ceremony of Witawa Family Centre took place on 29th March. Among the guests invited, there were city authorities, many representatives of financial institutions, sub-contractors, journalists and all the people, thanks to whom the execution of the investment became possible. Apart from the formal part of the event, during which the construction was consecrated, organisers also planned numerous attractions for every citizen of Tri-city, who came to the centre to celebrate its accomplishment.

Witawa , because of its location, implemented technical methods and functions is an unusual investment on the area of Tri-city. You can do shopping, relax as well as meet with friends in the Family Centre. On the rest of floors you will find apartments of different living area with a view on Tri-city Landscape Park, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdańsk and sea.

Allcon SA received the third award in the ranking Gazelles of Business 2002 of the Pomeranian district. In the general national classification the company was placed on the 60th position among nearly eight hundred other companies taking part in the ranking investigation procedure. This is a significant award. It corroborates the fact that Allcon SA independently of current economic situation can be boastful of its profit and rise in sale. The annual report made by Puls Biznesu is already the third one and promotes fast developing small and medium companies. Moreover, the aim of presented ranking list is to present reliable and credible companies. In order to become one of the Gazelles of Business a company must prove to have favourable financial result in the years 1999-2001 and rise in the income coming from sale.

The President of Allcon SA, Mariusz Białek, was awarded with the second price in the Employee of the Year 2001 in the category of small and medium companies in the building sector. It is the fifth edition of this national contest run annually by the National Association of Building Employees. The official results were announced in Warsaw, on the 30 th October 2002. The aim of the contest is to find and promote those employees form the building sector who are good managers, reliable and credible people worth to be taken after. The features taken into account were financial results of their companies, the actions taken in order to prepare the companies to the EU accession, management of the company, personal achievements, reputation of the candidate’s company on the market, sponsorship policy in the social area, and HR policy.

On the 10 th of September, in less than three months since celebrating ground braking ceremony of the new seat and production plant being built by Allcon SA for Vector company, there took place a building perch. The ceremony was attended by the President of Gdynia, Wojciech Szczurek, assisted by representatives of the City Council and local business circles. Guests could sightsee the building construction and evaluate the advancement of works. There have already been finished the elements of ferroconcrete construction and steel construction of the production hall. Presently, the sanitary and outside installations are being installed, after which Allcon SA will start finishing works and site planning works. The whole building is to be finished on the 30th Novemeber, 2002.

Allcon SA has won the 44 th position in the general ranking list of LISTA 100. It has already been the sixth edition of the national ranking list of the biggest building companies, run annually by Murator Plus. Apart from the general ranking, there were also ten separately evaluated categories. In the category of companies with the highest income rate, Allcon SA was 8 th on the list with 4,6 %, which is a very good result considering a low average rate of 0,4% in the building sector in the year 2001. Moreover, in the category of companies with the highest dynamics of building and construction related production income, Allcon SA has won the 6 th position with the result of 51,8%.
