On 26 February 2008 in Gdynia at 6 Łużycka Street, the opening ceremony of the first building of Łużycka Office Park took place.

The following companies were represented: the Investor - Allcon Investment Properties Sp. z o.o.,
the General Contractor – Allcon S.A., the Main Designer - Aedas CE Sp. z o.o.,
and Leaseholders: Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o., Nordea Bank Polska S.A. and VTS HQ Sp. z o.o.
There were also present the Archbishop of Gdańsk Tadeusz Gocłowski, the Mayor of the City of Gdynia Wojciech Szczurek, and other guests who arrived in great numbers.

Łużycka Office Park is a complex of five modern, A-class office buildings. Ultimately, the office floor space will total ca 42.000 sq m. Each building will have its own underground garage hall and above-ground parking spaces. The facades will be made of natural stone and glass. Quality, state-of-the-art technical facilities will contribute to the comfortable working environment of Łużycka Office Park. Convenient location guarantees fast and easy connection with both the Tri-City ring road and the centre of Gdynia.

The entire project is to be completed in 2009.

Another edition of the ‘Gazelles of Business‘ national ranking included 3795 companies which successfully fulfil high criteria in market economy situation. Among them was the company Allcon Osiedla, which was placed on the 546th position.
The ranking was prepared by ‘Puls Biznesu’ and Coface Poland. Companies’ excellent financial performance and dynamic growth constituted two main selection criteria. The ranking was prepared in order to present companies which are honest business partners.

On 28th of Jun 2007 in Warsaw Polish Association of Technician& Engineers of Civil Engineering already for the seventeenth time has selected the most interesting and innovative designs realized in Poland in the year 2006.
Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o., as Investor and Allcon S.A., as General Contractor has been specially appreciated in this prestigious, Polish-wide event. We received honourable I place and title “Construction of the Year 2006" in the category of residential constructions industry for the realization of the residential-service complex "Redlowska Cascade" in Gdynia. Moreover, Allcon S.A. received honours diploma for the realization of the office-building of the LOTOS S.A. Group in Gdansk.

The Platinum Bit competition is the cyclically organized event for building companies for the best object of the year. It’s main purpose is supporting and promoting of the best executive building companies on the Polish market. An organizer of the competition is the Bosch company.
Jury of the competition consisting of outstanding specialists in the area of building and architecture evaluates quality of the notified objects, using of the most modern materials and technologies, as well as regard of energy-saving and ecological solutions. Punctuality of the realization and proper pace of the accomplishment as well as a minimum arduousness for the environment and architectural values are also taken into consideration. Prizes are awarded in three categories: public service building, housing buildings and reconstruction modernizations.
During the conference which took place on 23 of April 2007 in Warsaw there was held the final of the XI edition of the competition. Allcon S.A. along with the companies Korporacja Budowlana Doraco Sp. z o.o. and Polnord S.A. won the First prize "The Platinum Bit" for the realization of the Main Library of the University of Gdańsk.

On 29 of March 2007 at 12.00 in Gdynia at 4 Łużycka Street took place the celebration of laying the cornerstone under the foundations of the new Łużycka Office Park Office Buildings Complex. In the ceremony took part: representatives of the Investor - Allcon Investment Properties Sp. z o.o.., the General Contractor - Allcon S.A. company, the main designer of new-arising building - Aedas CE Sp. z o.o. company as well as the Mayor of the City of Gdynia Wojciech Szczurek and invited guests arrived in large numbers.
Łużycka Office Park will be the first complex in the Tri-city consisting of five modern office buildings of the A class. The glass-stone elevations of the office-buildings will be harmonize with the greenery of the environment assuring bright and light office space. On the comfort of work in the Łużycka Office Park will have influence the modernity of the technical equipment of buildings, underground garages and ground parking space, the presence among other of catering services and of bank and also the immediate access to city transport facilities and the perfect location assuring the quick access to main points and highway of the Tri-city.
The total ending of the realization is accepted to be on the year 2009.
