Once again "Dziennik Bałtycki" (daily newspaper) presented the list of 100 the biggest Pomeranian companies in 2005 – TOP 100 Ranking. Allcon Group succeeded on high 36th position, and considering only contracting companies we succeeded on 2nd place. Allcon Group can boasts with still increasing position in Pomeranian ranking. In 2000 we placed on rather low 62nd position and in the following years properly 49th, 57th, 41st and 47th positions. This year result clearly shows that the great position of Allcon Group is still increasing on the Pomeranian market.

On the 19th of May 2006 at the 14.00 in The Artus Court in Gdańsk took place the celebrations of giving the Pomeranian Award “Gryf Gospodarczy" granted for companies standing out in region. An aim of “Gryf Gospodarczy" is a promotion of companies from our region and the local economy. Amongst this year winners among others was Allcon company.
Awards of “Gryf Gospodarczy" are being given every year from 2000.

On 25 of April 2006 at the 13.00 in Gdansk took place the celebration of setting up the foundation stone under the foundations of the new Hotel Complex in Gdansk. In the ceremony took part: gathered in large numbers the representatives of the Investor – Hotel REZYDENT Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. company, the General Contractor - Allcon S.A. company, main designers of increasing building "HORUS" Firma Architektoniczna Sp. z o.o. as well as the Mayor of the City of Gdansk Paweł Adamowicz and invited guests arrived in large numbers.
Increasing in the quarter of streets: Long Market, Powroźnicza, Ogarna and Mieszczańska building was designed as a high standard hotel. A total surface area of the object is 14 000 m2. The building will consist of six overground storeys comprising 135 high class, comfortable apartments and guest rooms and special presidential apartment. The object also will have stylish restaurant and spacious reception lobby with the bar inside fitted with glass patio, complex of multifunctional rooms with the changeable surface and recreational part with the gym, sauna and jacuzzi.
The ending of the realization is expected in April of 2007.

On 23rd February 2006 at 13.00 in Gdańsk took place the ceremony of hanging the perch on arising Sprint Office-Depot Building. It means that the raw-condition of the building was finished.
The increasing at 64E Budowlanych Street investment will be four-storeys office building with the depot of materials for making teletechnical works. On the ground floor, first and second floor the main purpose of the building will be an office function and training rooms, dining rooms and plumbing. Scale of the building, its form and used materials were adapted to the existing landscape.
The general contractor of the investment is Allcon S.A. and an investor is Sprint Sp. z o.o. company.

This year in Gazelles of Business ranking to the group of companies which fulfils criteria not easy to reach in situation of our economy, have qualified even 3108 companies.
A criteria of selection companies to the ranking are the same every year. Essential meaning had a fast and stable development of a company which was measured in raising percentages of a sale. Exactly this raise in sale noted in 2004 relative to 2002 (the results from three years of activity has been taken into consideration) determined about the place in the ranking list. To this classification qualified only those companies which has been showing the raise of this index in the following three years.
Allcon S.A. from Gdynia was placed on the 170th position (among 233rd companies taking part in the ranking) in the ranking of the Pomeranian district and 2262nd (among 3108th) in the general national classification.
