
 | |  | The perch over the HAXO Office Building |
| | | On 30th of November 2005 in Gdansk took place the ceremony of hanging the perch on arising HAXO Office Building. It means that the raw-condition of the building was finished. The increasing investment is a three-storeys building with purposed for office rooms and two parking places. Jointly there will increase 2 200 m2 of rooms and 88 parking places. The construction of the building permits on freedom with interior area development what makes the possibility of creating the “open space" offices on the one hand and the arrangement of separate, close rooms on the other hand.
The general contractor of the investment is Allcon S.A. and the investor is MART Grupa Inwestycyjna Sp. z o.o. company.

 | Allcon supports the collection of the gifts for Pakistan |
| | | Allcon together with Marek Kaminski Foundation is participating in the action of collecting the gifts for victims of an earthquake in Pakistan. The gifts are being collected in three places in Poland: in Warsaw, Lódź and Gdynia. All given things as soon as possible will be transported to Pakistan thanks to the cooperation with Polish Humanitarian Action which organizes such convoys. The October’s earthquakes claimed about 70 thousands of people. Several dozen thousands of people are wounded and 3 million become homeless. The gifts can be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00 to depots of Allcon company in Gdynia at 6 Luzycka Street.

 | Setting in the cornerstone in Lotos building |
| | | In the day of 4 November 2005 at the 12.00 in Gdańsk took place the celebration of setting the cornerstone in up to foundations of the new office building of Lotos Group S.A.. In the ceremony took part: from the part of the Investor –;President of Lotos Group S.A. Paweł Olechnowicz, representatives of the consortium – Allcon S.A. and Elektrobudowa S.A. and the President of the city of Gdańsk Paweł Adamowicz and the Marshal of Pomeranian provinces Jan Kozłowski.
Increasing building will be an object of the class “A", an “intelligent" and energy-efficient and high for almost 40 meters. It was designed by the Arch-Deco company.
The office building will consist of eight ground storeys and of the underground garage. On ground storeys will be localised office, conference rooms and head offices. On the last floor additionally was designed an outside terrace. The elevation of the building was left well-thought-out as completely fitted with glass. Finishing the realization is expected for the August of 2006.

 | The grand opening of new Vectra headquarter in Gdynia |
| | | On 21st of October 2005 exactly at 12.00 took place the ceremony of the grand opening of “North Star" – the new Vectra headquarter. This name completely shows the beauty and rareness of realized investment and designed with unusual taste and spirit green area surrounding the building.
According to the ceremonial schedule all invited guests could have “a lift to heaven" what meant - to visit a new headquarter and Vectra hotel complex to admire “the breath-taking view" on a beautiful panorama of Orlowo cliff.

 | The grand opening of Alfa Stopping Centre in Olsztyn |
| | | On 19th of October 2005 exactly at 12.00 with the presence of numerously inviting guests, took place the grand opening of Alfa Shopping Centre in Olsztyn.
On the ceremony appeared the investor’s representatives – Centrum GT company, general contactor - Allcon S.A. and tenants of Alfa Shopping Centre. This great for Olsztyn city event was honored by presence of Marshal of Warmia and Mazury Province – Andrzej Ryński and President of the City of Olsztyn– Czesław Małkowski, who performed the symbolic ribbon cut. From that point this long time expected investment finally opened its door for the citizens. Finally at 17.00 they could visit and do some shopping in new opened shops and restaurants.
