On 21st of April 2005 in Olsztyn took place the ceremony of hanging the perch over arising Alfa Shopping Center. It means that the raw condition of a investment was end. Now will start the finishing works. Shops, restaurants, offices and cinema will start to arrange. The investment has started in June 2004 and project duration is accepted to be in October 2005. The increasing Center is going to be six-storey building with two storey of underground parking – for 580 parking places, four over-ground storey reserved for shopping-service-office areas and also for five cinema-rooms.
The general contractor of the investment is Allcon S.A. and the investor is Centrum GT Sp. z o.o company from Gdansk.

On Tuesday the 12th of April 2005 at 13.00 took place the official opening and sanctification of the following official building in the complex: ALLCON@park in Gdansk-Firoga.
In the festivity participated an investor – Allcon Investment Sp. z o. o., the general contractor – Allcon S.A., tenants: - Intel Technology Poland S.A., Young Digital Poland S.A. and Dussmann Sp. z o.o.. The grand opening was also favor by the inherence of the President of Gdansk – Paweł Adamowicz, Marshal of Pomeranian province – Mr. Jan Kozłowski and a lot of representatives of financial institutions, subcontractors, media and all of those thanks to who the realization of this untypical investment was possible. A name of the complex ALLCON@park is connected to the trade of high technologies, with which are bound tenants of buildings. It is also the preview of farther investment plans of Allcon Investment on this area.
In order to assure a success for all of users of the new building, it was sacred by a parson of a local congregation, who tends to actively include the investors and tenants in life of a local community.

Once again "Rzeczpospolita" prepared ranking "Polish Firms – 2000 List". The purpose of the list was to show the basic financial information of large and medium companies in Poland. This list was based on financial reports verified by financial auditors. All information collected by editorial office were sent in questionnaire to over 3000 companies which in past year or in 2002 achieved incomes on at least 50 million PLN level.
Allcon S.A which appeared on this list for the first time took 1505 place in the ranking.

On 7th of October 2004 in Gdansk Firoga took place the ceremony of hanging the perch on the office building of Allcon Investment company – Allcon Slowackiego Centre II. It means that the first stage of building - raw condition - was end. The investment has started in June 2004 and project duration is accepted to be in March 2005. New five-storey building is arising at Slowackiego 171 Street in close neighbourhood to Rębiechowo Airport and Tricity ring road. Office building is continuation of the investment called Allcon Słowackiego Centre I – built in 1998.
In June there was signed a lease contract for 3.000 m2 of office space with a key tenant -Intel Technology Poland.
The general contractor of the investment is Allcon S.A. form Gdynia.

On 17th of September 2004 in Warsaw took place the ceremonial of “The Building Day" during which the awards and favoritism in VII edition of "The Employer of 2003 in Architecture" competition were presented. The President of the Management Board of Allcon S.A. Mariusz Białek was awarded and took the first place in the category of small and medium companies in building sector.

The competition is run annually by the National Association of Building Employers. The aim of the contest is to find and promote those employers form the building sector who are good managers, reliable and credible people worth to be taken after The features taken into account were: personal achievement of the candidate, reputation of the candidate’s company on the building market, sponsorship policy in the social area, and HR policy, management of the company and its financial results.
