On 17th of September 2004 in Warsaw took place the ceremonial of “The Building Day" during which the awards and favoritism in VII edition of "The Employer of 2003 in Architecture" competition were presented. The President of the Management Board of Allcon S.A. Mariusz Białek was awarded and took the first place in the category of small and medium companies in building sector.

The competition is run annually by the National Association of Building Employers. The aim of the contest is to find and promote those employers form the building sector who are good managers, reliable and credible people worth to be taken after The features taken into account were: personal achievement of the candidate, reputation of the candidate’s company on the building market, sponsorship policy in the social area, and HR policy, management of the company and its financial results.

On 14th of July 2004 at 9 o’clock in Gdansk Firoga took place the ceremonial of building in the corner stone into the basement of new office building Allcon Słowackiego Centre II. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Investor - Allcon Investment Sp. z o.o., general contractor - Allcon S.A. and the main lease-holder – Intel Technology Poland company. The increasing building will consist of five storeys totally reserved for rent. The new office building is a continuation of Allcon Słowackiego Center I built in 1998.

The building will be given to use in March 2005.

On 7th of July 2004 in Gdynia took place the ceremonial of building in the corner stone into the basement of new seat of VECTRA Group and the rehabilitation and guest-house building. The ceremony was attended by representatives of City Hall in Gdynia including The President of the city – Wojciech Szczurek, Vice-president of the city – Michał Guć, Chairman of the City Council – Stanisław Szwabski and also the management of VECTRA company and representatives of Allcon Group.

New complex (with a total surface area of 7.000 m2) is arising with a thought of disable workers of VACRTA S.A. Capital Group. The new investment is going to be for them not only the place of work but also rehabilitation and recreation place. In the future the therapeutic and rehabilitation part of the building will be open also for Gdynia inhabitants and guests.
The complex was designed by Gdynian architects from Architectonic Studio “Kwadrat", and Allcon S.A. is a general contractor of the investment. The building will be given to use in spring 2005.

Once again "Dziennik Bałtycki" (daily newspaper) presented the list of 100 the biggest Pomeranian companies in 2003.
Allcon Group succeeded on very high 41st position, and considering only contracting companies, we succeeded on 3rd place.
As a company we can boasts with still increasing position in Pomeranian ranking. Let’s remind that in 2000 we placed on rather low 62nd position and in the following years properly 49th and 57th positions.
This year result clearly shows that great position of Allcon Group is still increasing on the Pomeranian market.

On Friday the 18th of June 2004 at 8.00 p.m. took place the official opening of a new Kinnarps headquarter. Although the building is with Warsaw address it arose thanks to Allcon S.A. Company - the general contractor, which story is closely related to Gdynia. The opening ceremonial was the great event, not only because of the possibility of presenting to the many special guests this superb, new headquarter, but also because of the stunning look of the whole event. The ceremony was graced by the performance of a jazz band, acrobats group show, and impressive fireworks exhibition.
