On 19th and 20th of June everybody who intend to buy a new estate will have the opportunity to visit already finished and being build apartments at Gdansk’s Stork Hill housing estate at Porębskiego Street. Allcon Słowackiego Center II continues the investment called Allcon Słowackiego Center I – built in 1998. As long as the first investment – an office building with a surface area of 4.000 m2 was built only for Intel Technology Poland company’s purposes, the second one will be rented by various tenants.
The construction of the building started on 27th of April this year and will be released for clients in March 2005.
Allcon Słowackiego Center II is a 5 storey office building with a surface area of 6.000 m2 located on Słowackiego Street, in the neighbourhood of Gdańsk Rębiechowo airport and the Tri-City ring road.
The building will be fully air-conditioned, with the natural light entering to all premises in the building. An underground car park for 176 places will be built to satisfy the needs of all building users.

On 5th and 6th of May The City Hall of Gdynia had a pleasure of welcoming Municipality of Karlskrona representatives. Among invited guests present were the President of Municipality of Karlskrona – Mats Johansson and Polish Honorary Consul in Karlskrona – Mrs Magdalena Kurczewska-Svensson.
Guests from Sweden came to Gdynia with the official visit to talk over the directions of future co-operation between two cities and to know better the issues connected with European Integration in Poland. In the second day of visit they had an opportunity to personally experience Gdynian bussines management. It was possible thanks to visiting a few companies, including Allcon, where visitors could know better Allcon’s realizations.

"Time of Gdynia" it’s a prize awarded every year by City Council to the best, in board’s opinion, past year investment. Reported candidatures are apprised by a chamber under leading of City Council Chairman Mr. Stanislaw Szwabski, who take into account inter alia the number of created work places, architectonic values, impact for tourist development and city promotion.
The awards were handed traditionally on the 10th of February which is Gdynia’s birthday.

The biggest housing investment in Gdynia in recent years is “Witawa". This mega residential building, overlooking a crossroad of Chwarznieńska and Wielkokacka streets, has been built by companies Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o. and Ekolan S.A. It comprises of 450 flats for 1,5 thousand people. Architectonic project of residential and service complex was designed by Marian Synakiewicz Architectonic Author Studio.
The chamber of the competition consisting of architects and self-government officials awarded Allon Osiedla Sp. z o.o., Ekolan S.A. and Witawa Sp. z o.o. with a distinction of City Council Chairman for the best 2003 investment in Gdynia.

This year the main prize was presented to Mr. Jacek Kajut, the chairman of the board in Vector company, for modern production plant in Krzemowa street.
Vector company is a producer and integrator of broad-band telecommunication systems. Architectonic project of new seat was designed in studio Arch-Deco. Allcon S.A. was the General Contractor. The result of Allcon’s job are offices, production halls and research-development subsidiaries.

On 16th February 2004 the ceremony of wisp hanging took place on "Satel" depot-office-production hall in Gdansk Matarnia. It means ending of the first building stage – closing crude condition. Investment started in the beginning of October 2003r, and it’s completion is planned in the end of April 2004. New building is erected in Budowlanych street, not far from the airport. Investor Company ASM from Gdansk is a vicarious investor and Allcon S.A. from Gdynia is a General Contractor.
