Oscar award for "Redlowska Cascade"


“Redlowska Cascade" residential-service complex in Gdynia, which was build by Allcon
has been chosen the best investment in a Polish-wide competition “Construction of the Year 2006". Such reward is like an Oscar in the building business and it goes to the winners of the competition organized by Polish Association of Technical & Engineer of Civil Engineering.
In this competition there are taken into account the most attractive and functional buildings built in actual year. “Redlowska Cascade" residential-service complex is located at 100/102 Legionow Street and 41 Redlowska Street. It consist of four buildings with a different height and shape. This complex already received the favouritism in this year’s competition “The Gdynia’s time". / Dziennik Bałtycki, 07.07.2007


Engineers and technicians choice


The Redlowska Cascade residential-service complex in Gdynia is one of the investments rewarded with a title Construction of the Year 2006 and a first degree prize in a competition organized already for the 17th time by Polish Association of Technician and Engineers of Civil Engineering and Ministry of Construction. In the competition housing and office buildings, highways, expressways, streets, schools and sport buildings and public service buildings are rewarded. / Puls Biznesu, 03.07.2007


Pomerania prevail over other competitors. Laureates of the 10th edition of the Platinum Bit competition.


Two Platinum and one Silver Bit – investors and executive companies from Pomerania "mowed down" the competitors in one of the most important trade competitions – in the struggle for the Platinum Bit.
It is the cyclical, all-Polish competition for building companies, organized by Bosch company. The objects were evaluated in three categories: housing buildings, public service building and reconstruction and modernizations.
The impartial jury consisting of engineers, architects and journalists rewards objects which distinguish themselves with quality of realization, quality of designing and using of the most modern materials and technologies. Punctuality of the realization and proper pace of the accomplishment, as well as regard to energy-saving and ecological solutions are also taken into consideration.
Considering such high criteria, the results of the XI edition of the competition are extremely promising:
• In the category “public service building" the Platinum Bit was received by general contractors of the Main Library of University of Gdańsk - Allcon S.A., Korporacja Budowlana DORACO Sp. z o.o., Polnord S.A..
• In the category of “reconstruction and modernizations" the Platinum Bit was awarded to PB KOKOSZKI S.A. for giving a new visage to the office-building at 23 Marca Street in Sopot.
• In the category of housing building Invest Komfort S.A. for the Sopot’s Parkur housing estate came third preceded by executive companies from Warsaw and Olsztyn. / Dziennik Bałtycki, 08.05.2007


A reliable partner – Allcon Osiedla


In connection with the present prosperity on the property market an acquaintance of prevalent trends is crucial for companies working in this section. According to the research carried out by Gemius S.A. among netizens, 43% of them decide to buy new apartment from property companies. The exact preparation of technical-economic assumptions of the investment undertaking, full service of investment and technologies on the European level, confirmed by certificates, have also great influence on the reliability towards the Allcon mark
For the potential customers the price and the location of the investment are decisive in the purchase of the apartment from developer. A company is a precursor in the Tri-city in the field of transformation of the post-industrial areas into housing buildings. In Gdańsk Oliwa district Allcon as a first company among developers decided to reclaim the areas after Polifarb company and to transform them into habitable spaces.
The interest of the customers in current realizations of Allcon also proves the customers’ trust to the company. In above mentioned Gdańsk Oliwa district the housing estate "Nova Oliva" is being constructed. It’s situated near the centre in the neighbourhood of the one-family buildings. Allcon S.A. was also one of the finalists of the 10th edition of the Pomeranian Quality Prize 2006 competition, in which it won a Special Award of Pomeranian Voivode.

The business visiting-card of Gdynia is increasing in Redłowo


Began the building works of the complex of five office buildings Łużycka Office Park - the first modern business centre in the Tri-city. An investor is the Gdynia’s company Allcon Investment Properties. Few days ago there was a ceremony of laying the cornerstone under the construction. If the schedules of the firm will succeed already in 2009 on the ground of 2,5 ha at 4-6 Łużycka Street in Gdynia Redłowo will stand five modern office buildings.
The first building designed on the headquarter of Allcon will be ready already in December this year. The present headquarter is found at 6 Łużycka Street in the object which will be demolished and on its place will stand the following office building in the second phase of the investment.
Łużycka Office Park it’s going to be the complex of buildings about the highest standard which surely will become a business visiting-card of Gdynia. Investment expense is estimated on 150 millions zloty.
Each office buildings will have 5 storeys, the total surface of objects will amount approx. 30 thousand m2. Following 12 thousand m2 is planned underground where will be found 700 of parking places.
Office buildings realizing requirements of the standard of the A class will be equipped among other in air-conditionings, raised floors, hung up ceilings and monitoring. Each building will have three high-speed lifts and own generator. The elevation will be make from the glass and the sandstone.
Offices will be rented to companies on the rule of long-term contracts and the minimum surface was fixed on 250 m2. On the ground floor of buildings will be catering services and bank. / Gazeta Wyborcza, 05.04.2007
