A new technology is developing


"... A new office building of Allcon Investment company is arising mostly for Intel Technology Poland needs. It may be a good omen for the dreams about Siliceous Valley in Seashore.
A new office building which investor is Allcon Investment is arising next to already existing building which is occupied by Intel Technology Poland company. Both buildings will be connected by a corridor. According to signed contract Intel will occupy half of the building surface which is about 3000 m2. Over 400 m2 is already rented by P. Dussmann catering company.
General contractor of the investment is Allcon S.A. company. The building was projected by architect Eugeniusz Nester, the same who is the author of next door building – Allcon Slowackiego Centre I.
Realization of succeeding enterprise in this part of the city in neighborhood of Young Digital Poland, an international airport and intended building of A-1 speedway is inscribing in creation plans of “area of high technology development" in this place. Both investors and Gdansk government expect that because of the attractive localization there is a chance to attract companies from hi-tech line. "The office-building built by Allcon at Slowackiego 171 Street in Gdansk from 1998 served Intel Technology Poland company. However with development of ITP came the necessity of building extension. And that’s how Allcon Slowackiego Centrum II arose.
Allcon Slowackiego Centrum II is the five-storey office and service building with a surface area of 6.000 m2. The building will be fully air-conditioned, what essential - with the natural light entering to all premises in the building. For the investment needs already arose a ground car park for 170 places.
All rooms located in the building are purposes for renting. It will be large rooms in modules of 500 or 1100 m2 on each storey.
Decision about Allcon Slowackiego Centrum extension was cause of Intel Technology Poland development and increasing of company space needs. In connection with above Intel will be a key tenant in new building.
This investment with already existing Allcon Slowackiego Centrum I and located in neighbour estate headquarter of Young Digital Poland is an investor-Allcon Investment company and Gdansk governments idea the beginning of uprising on this area the “Higher Technology Development Area".
Because of localization and potential which carry along Higher schools in Tricity this area has a chance to attract the investors and companies from high-tech market.
The whole cost of the investment evaluated on about 4 million Euro. The building which general contractor is one of the Allcon Group companies - Allcon S.A. – will be released for clients in March 2005." / Gazeta Wyborcza, 29.09.2004


Official opening of the Center: 19th October 2005


"...I can officially say that I will do everything to get the arrest at Piłsudskiego St. to disappeared from the center of Olsztyn – announced the President of Olsztyn Jerzy Małkowski – I’m only waiting until Alfa Shopping Center will be build in the opposite.
The President of Olsztyn is not able to say yet when he will start to effort for the arrest liquidation. One is certain: he needs to hurry because according to the declaration Shopping Center will be open already from 19th of October next year. Confirmed yesterday Andrzej Radecki the President of Management Board of the company which is investing in center building and Mariusz Bialek the President of Management Board of Allcon S.A. which is the general contractor of construction works.
- The first phase of works we will complete till the end of September although according to the schedule we have time for it till the middle of October – says Bialek – the second phase of construction works will be completed in April and finishing works - the third phase in September next year. The Final of "The Employer of the Year 2003 in Architecture" Competition


"Employer of the Year 2003 in Architecture" is the competition organized by The National Association of Building Employers. In this year it was already the VII edition of the competition. This undertaking was patronized by Henryka Bochniarz the President of Polish Confederation of Private Employers.
The announcement of the results took place during the celebration of The Building Day. The title of “The Employer of the Year 2003 in Architecture" is awarded in two categories: in the group of large companies and also small and medium. The competition is directed to all building employers who run the activity in our country apart of property character of the company, its size and number of hired employees or membership in The National Association of Building Employers.
The laureate in this year edition of the competition in The Group of Large Companies was Marek Michałowski, the President of the Management Board of BUDIMEX Group.
In Group of Small and Medium Companies the statuette and the title of “The Employer of the Year 2003 in Architecture" got Mariusz Białek the President of the Management Board of Allcon S.A. form Gdynia. / Murator Plus, 20.09.2004
