"The Sopot promenade has become more attractive for tourists. Any of the events, opening next restaurant with exotic menu or even poems written on pavements did not affect the promenade’s popularity. Substantial emotions were aroused by a “Crooked House" being constructed near the Chamber Theatre. The building has curved walls and balconies in shapes of see waves.
The Crooked House has already become a part of an image of Bohaterów Monte Cassino, a Sopot street. This non-typical surprising solid has a chance to become an equivalence for a Czech couple of buildings resembling dancing stars: Ginger Rogers and Fred Astair. The cream shining walls and roof coloured with three blended shades of green colour, it all make us think of a summer, beach and forest... The project was chosen the best this year’s architectural invention submitted to “Great Dreamers" competition. The owner of the Curved House is Rezydent S.A. company and Allcon S.A is a contractor . The building is a part of a trade centre which was build at Haffnera St. Its opening is planned for September 15." / Głos Wybrzeża, 06.08.2003

"..A Regional Medical Chamber is waiting for a new and its own seat in Gdańsk. The building which is under construction at Dębinki and Śniadeckich junction nearby Medical Academy in Gdańsk, is going to be finished this year. Regional Medical Chamber is renting rooms in Gdynia at 4 Norwida St. Also some premises are available in Sopot at Armii Krajowej St. “... RMC has made a resolution about building a new seat a long ago. Then we looked for a proper place and finally, a City Hall in Gdańsk announced a tender for a plot in the vicinity of a Medical Academy, says Barbara Sarankiewicz –Konopka, a chairm of RMC in Gdańsk".
The building of the seat is funded from fees and a bank credit. The execution of the building was entrusted to Allcon S.A. There are office rooms and a conference hall inside. The new building is the investment which is going to serve the whole medical environment. / Gazeta Wyborcza, 31.07.2003

Witawa residential and service complex, one of the biggest housing investments in recent years in Tri-city, was awarded in “Building of the 2002 year", a prestigious competition organised by Polish Association of Building Engineers and Technicians which the patrons are: State Office for Housing and Urban Development, and the General Office of Building Control. The partners, developer companies such as Allcon Osiedla Sp. zo.o. and Ekolan S.A. executed an ambitious project of Marian Synakiewicz in short period of time. (Friday 13 th , the day when awards were handed was also a second anniversary of obtaining a building permit ). So it is hard to believe that 13 th brings bad luck. That was not the only award for the Allcon company in this prestigious competition. The honourable mention in housing building was granted Alllcon S.A., a general contractor of Sobieski Villa in Sopot.

Many companies applied for the developer’s certificate. It is quite significant because it proves the company’s credibility and is often asked by banks. Allcon Osiedla was appraised positively by Developer’s Certificate Committee and granted certificate thanks to financial guarantee given by bank for good company’s economic and financial condition, legal security, strong position on the market and reliability.
