| | | Current situation on a primary housing market leads to a conclusion that sooner or later there will be a natural selection of developer companies. Only companies with a stable financial situation, reliable, with a long-run strategy and chosen specialisation will be able to survive. Allcon Osiedla Sp. z o.o. is that kind of a company - we prefer modern technologies- a traditional reliability- as they say in the seat of the company in Gdynia at Łużycka Str. (…) We take it for granted that our buildings will distinguish themselves not only by a beautiful architecture but also a very careful finishing. We also want them to be easily recognised and well remembered (…) When we choose names for our new investments we are looking for those which can be easily identified and rooted in tradition.  | High on Witawa |
| | | One of the most visible and impressive building constructions in Tri-City is going to be finished soon. (..) Not later than in December, nearly half of five hundred apartments will be ready for its tenants. They are part of a monumental, fourteen floor high complex consisting of eight buildings. Second and the last stage of the investment is to be finished in April 2003. Along with the rest of apartments there will be also a services and recreational centre situated on the ground floor.
But there is much more- Witawa offers also three underground levels with a parking space (two for its tenants and the lowest one for people visiting the centre)
Allcon's and Ekolan's customers can choose among different kinds of apartments- ranging from the smallest ones with the area of 25m2 to the biggest to two-floor apartments with the area more then 100m2. / Gazeta Wyborcza, 25.09.2002

 | Ground braking ceremony of Witawa |
| | | For many years Witomino was waiting for the final touches on its image' said Wojciech Szczurek, president of Gdynia, during the ground braking ceremony of Witawa center 'these touches appeared today and they are modern ones'. Apart from representatives of the general contractor there were also city officials represented by Wojciech Szczurek, president of Gdynia, Jerzy Miotke and Marek Stepa, vice presidents, Stanisław Szwabski president of the City Council and Joanna Zielińska. (...). 'I think that this will be one of the biggest building investments in the Tri- City area' said Arkadiusz Łuczycki, president of Allcon Osiedla. 'We hope, that this building will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2002. Total area of the Witawa complex amounts for 68 000 m2.  | Is it a new face of Witomino? |
| | | About 450 apartments - starting from one room apartments and finishing at two-floor ones with terraces as well as three level car park - contribute only in a small part to the modern housing and services centre "Witawa" in Gdynia Witomino. (...) The corner stone, which contained also a current copy of 'Glos Wybrzeza', was set by two partners in this project Allcon Osiedla and Ekolan. (...) 'When for the first time I heard more about this project new hopes arose, since Witomino has been for a few years already waiting for a completion of its town planning' says Wojciech Szczurek, president of Gdynia.
