Not four, as planned, but five modern office buildings will stand within two years at Łużycka Street in Gdynia on the area of 2,5 ha. There was already laid the cornerstone under the construction of the business centre Łużycka Office Park the investment of Allcon Investment Sp. z o.o. worth 150 millions zloty.
- One four- storeys and four five-storeys buildings will be designed on offices for renting - says Tomasz Gruchała, Project Manager.
Each office building will have the underground garage and ground parking place where 700 cars will be able to park. The attractiveness of the complex will raise the perfect location. To the centre it will take only 5 minutes by car, and to the Rębiechowo airport 20 minutes. It’s important to stress, that there is direct access to SKM, buses and trolley buses.

On Thursday 29 March 2007 in Redłowo took place the celebration of laying the cornerstone under the foundations of the office-complex ŁUŻYCKA OFFICE PARK which stands a chance to become next interested visiting-card of our city. A complex of five A-class office buildings currently under construction in Gdynia-Redłowo in Łużycka Street covers total area of ca 2,5 ha. Net lease space of each building will amount to ca 4.350 sq m. The over ground office floor space will total ca 30.000 sq m, together with the underground space it will amount to ca 42.000 sq m. Each building will have its own underground garage hall and over ground parking places. The facades will be made of natural stone and glass. Modern office space is designed to be rented to companies like BPO ( Business Process Offshoring)/ BPN (Business Process Nearshoring) and R&D (Research&Development). For the ground floor catering and bank services are invited. The solemn session of the City Council which took place on Saturday in the Musical Theatre was a culminant point of celebrations of 81st anniversary of the conferment to Gdynia municipal rights.
Unusual excitements accompanied to results reading of "the Gdynia’s Time" contest on best last year Gdynia’s investments. The prize of the Chairman of the City Council is admitted every year. At this time to the competition stood up 10 investments. At last won the container terminal which belongs to the Hutchinson Port Holdings company. Apart from the first place the City Council also admitted favouritisms. For night’s drivers thousands of glimmers on refinery installations were a clear signal - you got to Gdansk. Now the LOTOS refinery sends even brighter announcement - with the help of opalescent like the rainbow modern office building. The view of lighted up refinery in Gdansk surely remembered everyone who at least once entered to Gdansk at night by national way number 7 from Warsaw. Thousands of glimmers light up installations working there incessantly, the thicket of tubing and big reservoirs on the fuel. From afar incessantly burning torches where the gauze nascent at the processing of the oil are adjusted also are visible. It is difficult to imagine something that could dim this view. It proved that it was possible. Even with more intensive light shines nightly the new office building of the LOTOS given to use month ago. It’s possible thanks to the modern, diode system of the illumination. From the key board of the computer can be programmed any colour on which all building has to shine. What’s more, the elevation of the building can not only shine but there can be shown inscriptions, eg. the Lotos. The official announcement of the company about the sky-scraper is concise - The building has 41 metres of the height. There is 10 storeys (9 plus the garage). Inside are positions for 242 employees and 17 conference rooms, jointly able to contain 194 persons. Construction works began in August 2005 and were officially finished in the half of December 2006 - informs press office of Lotos. General Contractor of the investment was the consortium Allcon S.A. and Elektrobudowa S.A. - It is fully intelligent building it means that all systems eg. the light or the air-conditioning are controlled by computer – says employees. Conference rooms are equipped into anti-wiretaps and one of them has so thick walls that reminds the safe. The air-conditioning, hung up ceilings, high-speed quiet lifts, 24-an hour’s monitoring and guard. All that will be found in four modern office buildings of the Luzycka Office Park business centre whose the construction works will begin in Gdynia just after holidays.
Office buildings located on the area of 1,7 ha will arise at Luzycka Street in the course two years. It will be the first office building of this type in Gdynia. First businessmen will be able to begin the work here already in the latter part of next year. The investment worth 120 millions zlotys leads Allcon Investment Sp. z o.o., and the general contracting was charged to other company from the group - Allcon S.A.
- One four-storeys and three five-storeys buildings will be intended for renting on offices, especially for firms from the line of services of book-keepers, information technology and call centre - says Tomasz Gruchała, project manager. On the ground floor is provided the location for catering and bank services.
Each office building will have at its disposal the underground garage and ground parking place for 500 cars. Glass-stone elevations of buildings will assure bright and well lighted office space. The investor also underlines that the desirability of the complex will raise the perfect location. By car it only took two minutes to the centre, to the ring road 5 minutes, and to the airport Rębiechowo 20 minutes. An there is also the immediate access to SKM, the trolley bus and the bus.
To rent the luxurious office it will be necessary to sign the many years lease contract. The rent will be dependent on the standard of the finish of the surface area arranged formally of the lessee. The minimum surface area of hire is 250 m2.
One of the lessee of the first building which will be given to use in the latter part of 2007 is the Allcon Group. Then the current headquarter at 6 Luzycka Street will be demolished, on its place will rise the new building.
