| | | In Gdynia is arising 25,5 thousand m2 of the office-surface area. It will be ready to the end of the I term of 2009.
Allcon Investment Sp. z o.o., belonged to the Allcon Group, began in Gdynia the building of the Luzycka Office Park business centre. The investment founds building of the complex of four modern office buildings of the A class. Investment expense is estimated on 120 millions zlotys. A General Contractor is Allcon S.A. company. The lessee of the first building will be among other the Allcon Group. The finishing of the building is planned on the last term of 2007, other buildings will be successively given back to the use to the I term of 2009.
Three 5-storey and one 4-storey buildings, with the total surface area of 25.5 thousand m2, are intended for offices renting, there will be found also the surface area among other for catering and bank services.
Each office building will have at its disposal the underground garage and ground parking space. It will be equipped in: raised floors, air-conditionings, modern electric wirings and telephone and teletype service. The location has an influence on the attraction of the complex.: quick connections with the centre of Gdynia, with the ring road, and with the airport and the immediate access to city transport (SKM, the trolley bus and the bus). / Puls Biznesu, 19.12.2006

| | | Yesterday (12.12.2006) on the Gdansk - Warsaw route the drivers for the first time had an opportunity to admire lighted up new office building of the LOTOS Group S.A.
There was no such building still in Gdansk. The diode system of the lighting was installed in the glass-elevation of the building. Thanks to the electronic steering it can assumes various colours, eg. violet or blue. The system also makes possible generating of moving inscriptions on the elevation or other graphic elements.
The construction works of the new headquarter of the company lasted one and a half year. This week first of almost 300 employees will start to move on new, comfortable worksites. "Intelligent" and energy-saving, high almost on 40 m the building with the surface area over 7 thousand m2, was designed by the Arch-Deco company. The object which is the office building of the A class has 10 storeys, in this one underground. On above-ground storeys are situated office-rooms, conference rooms and offices of the management board. On the last storey there additionally was designed the external terrace, making possible to admire the panorama of all administratively - productive ground of the LOTOS Group S.A. and the historic centre of Gdansk of management board and the guests. / Dziennik Bałtycki, 13.12.2006

 | The most modern building on the Pomerania. Intelligent department |
| | | A lift cooperating with air-conditioning? Why not. It just has started a finishing stage of one of the most expensive and first on the Pomerania “intelligent" buildings. There will be located a headquarter of Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdansk University of Technology. Allcon S.A. from Gdynia was a contractor of raw condition works. The finishing works of the building will last at least a year. So long because these work will be exceptionally complicated. Because the object will be so-called intelligent building. - First in North Poland – marks a PG rector Professor Janusz Rachoń - unless LOTOS, which the office block is also supposed to be an intelligent building, will outdistance us. But I assure that more intelligent will be ours – a rector jokes. Certainly, it will be one of the most expensive objects on the Pomerania. With the surface area of 12 000 m2, total costs of the building will take 56 million PLN. In the PG object will be located among others: the digital library, laboratories (in it one to 500 persons) and the headquarter of the informatics centre supporting the university of technology and several dozen different institutions. / Dziennik Bałtycki, 04.10.2006

| | | In the last years residential districts in Gdansk lives through authentic building boom. Majority of offers of Tri-City’s developers companies is directed to tenants of Gdansk. Modern architectural trends and above all new technologies dominated the outdated buildings from so-called large slab. On suburb of Gdansk there are arising cameral, modern housing estates which technology guarantees low exploitation costs so important for family budget.  | "The construction of the year 2005" competition adjudicated |
| | | "The Construction of the Year" competition thanks to its prestige has earned a name of “Oscar Prize of Construction Industry". It is organize by Polish Society of Engineers and Construction Technicians with the complicity of the Ministry of Transport and Construction and The General Office of Building Control. Its aim is to emerge constructions that are distinguished by its execution. The aim of the competition is to emerge objects which building is connecting with achieving distinctive realization scores. In the competition are being taken into consideration objects new-created or rebuilt, extended, built or rebuilt or investment process from every kind of construction. The jury of the competition is paying attention to the quality of work, applied technical solutions, the time and the cost of the realization. Awards are being granted in a few categories, for example in the category:
• the office building,
• residential buildings property and cooperative,
• industrial and depot buildings,
• objects of engineering,
• commercial buildings,
• public service buildings,
• revalued buildings.
- The first award in such important competition is a great occasion for pride – says Tomasz Żurański, the President of the Board of VECTRA, the company rewarded in the category of office buildings. – greater because between elements judged by the jury of the competition also an influence of investment on the environment and the economy of region was found. Although VECTRA is Polish-wide it has very strong connections with Gdynia. We are pleased that in this way we can contribute to the promotion of this city. Our aim was to create friendly place of employment, also for the disabled. Apart from that, we cared about that the headquarter is modern and at the same time it became part of the architecture of this part of Tricity – adds Tomasz Żurański. It is worth to stress that application for a contest is bringing certain duties and the candidate should enable for visiting jury deepness inspection of the building.
