On 19th of October at 17.00 we open a new Alfa Shopping Centre in Olsztyn!
Alfa is a modern shopping and entertainment centre. All works started in May 2004. It is the second this type investment ran by holding JWK Invest S.A from Gdańsk. An investment is directly realized by Centrum GT Sp. z o.o. and Allcon S.A from Gdynia is a general contractor of all works.
Centre has a surface area of about 47 000 m2, including 14 600 m2 of shopping area and 5 levels: two levels of underground garages, ground-floor and first-floor with the purpose of shopping and services and second-floor where is the movie.
Two entrances – from Pilsudskiego Ave. – provides comfortable access for all Centre visitors.
Communication inside gallery is friendly designed especially for all customers needs. There was a plan to create the place where the customers will come not only for shopping but also to spend a pleasant time.
In the occasion of the opening of a new building there has been prepared many attraction for Olsztyn citizens. On Wednesday Alfa’s customers will enjoy the music of BIG DAY group, on Thursday will see the masters dance performance and on Friday fitness sport performance. / Gazeta Olsztyńska, 19.10.2005


Successful "Your apartment" fair


The biggest Pomeranian developer companies last few months spent on intensive preparations to this entertainment. It could be seen at “Your apartment" fair which on last Saturday and Sunday enticed to the AWFiS hall not only those who plans to buy the apartment but also many curious from this trade. In spite of paid entrance – at fairs stands was huge traffic. Visitors received beautiful catalogues which will let them to introduce with the offers at homeliness.

Nova Oliva. A grate fair premiere

A new office-building in Gdansk. Intelligent Torus A class

Tricity after the first year in UE. The proportions are changing


Polish economy which has been functioned for a year in union structures is developing faster than the pessimists prognosed. The cause of it is in the big increase of the export, investments and a level of industry production. Polish access to the UE favors a receiving the projects of foreign companies. On arena of international politics the meaning of Poland, as a place where the money can be profitably located in real estates, was already systemically increasing for a past few years. In the year 2004 was recorded exceptionally size of investment which averaged the level of 1,33 billion Euro (Knight Frank). In the year 2004 the most were invested in trade sector. But also a number of transactions in office section is increasing. It is essential to stress, that it refers not only the office buildings in Warsaw: there is also increasing interest of the investors in local market. On this background rejoices the tendency which in past month appeared on Tricity market. Not only important is that a new buildings increased but also that the office buildings of higher class are realizing. The proportions of office buildings surface area dividing between Gdansk and Gdynia are changing as well. So far almost 65% from 140.000 m2 of office building surface area accrued in Gdynia. Now in the capital city of province increased over 14.000 m2 of high class office area in two buildings: Allcon@park in Gdansk Firoga and Torus office-building in Gdansk Oliwa.
