Nova Sushi has won the hearts of Tricity residents a few years ago. Encouraged by this success, the restaurant owners decided to open another location – this time in Jasień. They chose a space in our Linea development, at 6 Kiedrowskiego Street.

The restaurant offers a rich variety of sets – from classic to original, beautifully presented compositions. The menu also includes lunches, appetizers, rolls, and even sushi burgers. Fresh ingredients, creative approaches, and attention to the smallest details guarantee an unforgettable culinary experience.

Nova Sushi in Linea features over 100 square meters of attractive space, combining modern design with coziness. The restaurant complements the diverse range of services available in the housing estate. Ultimately, there will be 17 units here, with various business profiles.

The commercial spaces on the ground floors of the buildings are enhanced by an attractive, greenery-filled courtyard with seating areas. It’s a perfect meeting spot for local residents and beyond. Mini Studio offers a wide range of treatments, including facial care, hand and foot care, nail styling, and eyelash and brow services. Its owner, Aleksandra Ordon, has been passionate about cosmetology for many years. As she admits, her love for beauty began in high school and was nurtured through further education and professional development. The decision to rent a space at Młyny Gdańskie came from the growing demand among Mini Studio’s expanding clientele.

A great location and high standards

“The location and the modern design of the premises were the main reasons behind my choice. I used to drive past Malczewskiego Street every day, where ALLCON’s Młyny Gdańskie development is located, and I watched the construction progress daily. The moment I saw that there would be commercial units available on the ground floor, I didn’t hesitate to reach out and explore a partnership,” recalls Aleksandra Ordon.

She adds that this location offers many advantages – from excellent transport links to proximity to the city center. This has already been appreciated by a loyal group of clients, who are booking appointments at the new salon.

The decision to rent this new space was also heavily influenced by the quality of service provided by ALLCON.
