Advantages of the development

LINEA is a new investment located in Gdansk, at the border of Morena and Jasien, thanks to which it combines robust infrastructure and well established transportation connections with the picturesque surroundings.

The great location allows access to the center of Gdansk and Wrzeszcz within 10 minutes. Furthermore, LINEA has two tram stops nearby. The lines of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway serve two nearby stations: Jasien and Brentowo, from which you can get to the airport in 10 minutes, to Gdynia in 30 minutes, and to Kashubia in less than 60 minutes. There are also new bicycle paths near the investment. The estate is also located close to the Tricity bypass.

The estate will consist of six four- and five-story multi-family buildings. Buildings E and F have already been completed. The deadline for handing over the commercial premises to the tenants in building D is planned for April 2024 and in building C for June 2025. In the future, buildings A and B are also planned. LINEA’s offering includes 27 terraced houses, each with its own garden and garage. The estate arena has been designed with the integration of residents in mind and equipped with infrastucture such as numerous sidewalks, green areas and squares with bicycle racks. The commercial premises for lease will be located on the ground floor in buildings C and D. Units in building D will be commercialized first. Tenants will have access to 7 commercial premises in developer standard, with an area of approx. 43 to 59 m² (most of them can be expanded by combining two or more units).  Their location is from the side of Pawel Adamowicz Avenue and the main entrance to the investment area ensures excellent exposure. Selected premises will also have the option of running gastronomic business. An additional advantage is the possibility of renting parking spaces in the external parking area located next to buildings C and D.
