Summer Garden of Skarbnica Win in Sceneria Parkowa Now Open

On Saturday, May 31st, Skarbnica Win opened its summer garden in our neighborhood in Gdynia. This marked a special moment not only for wine enthusiasts but also for the entire local community. The event lasted from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and offered a perfect opportunity to spend the afternoon in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere — among neighbors, friends, and all who appreciate fine flavors.

Skarbnica Win is a space created with connoisseurs in mind — a place where wine meets storytelling, and every bottle holds within it the craftsmanship and tale of its creators.

In its intimate interior and with a carefully curated selection, customers can discover exceptional labels from around the world, supported by the knowledge and passion of the owners. The summer garden is a natural extension of this philosophy — a new space that allows guests to enjoy delicious wine and good company outdoors, surrounded by greenery and modern architecture.

For Saturday evening, the organizers planned: a selection of wines by the glass (including entirely new offerings), the premiere of a permanent menu featuring top European appellations, live music, snacks, and, of course, an unforgettable, welcoming atmosphere.

The opening is also an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to act together. One of the businesses that joined the initiative is the BeMindful, which is located next to Skarbnica Win. This is just one example of how perfectly the establishments in Sceneria Parkowa complement each other. Each of these places brings its own quality and unique character to the shared space. The opening of the Skarbnica Win garden is another initiative that strengthens local identity and supports the building of a community of entrepreneurs.

A similar, but larger, community will soon emerge in Nowa Dąbrowa — a unique location with a city square, shopping street, and a wide range of services. Here, one can not only grow their business but also actively co-create an environment based on collaboration and mutual support. The scale of this development has led to it being dubbed “Gdynia’s 22nd district.”

Figle Mikropiekarnia – Local Baked Goods at Sceneria Parkowa

At our Sceneria Parkowa development in Gdynia, Figle Mikropiekarnia offers residents fresh bread and delicious pastries. This place was created out of a passion for baking and has quickly become part of the local community.

Natural fermentation, the use of Polish flours, and attention to every stage of the production process have earned Figle Mikropiekarnia a loyal following. The bakery at Parkowa has been operating since March 2023. Before that, the owner, Julia Juchnowicz-Zielińska, was baking at the well-known Malika restaurant in the center of Gdynia. From the very beginning, it was clear that the next step would be opening her own place and growing the business.

The owner’s idea was to create a neighborhood bakery. When searching for the right location, she focused on purely residential districts, deliberately avoiding the city center and business hubs. She came across ALLCON’s listing while Sceneria Parkowa was still under construction.

“I wanted large windows so people could see the entire baking process, as well as a visible location close to the street but still within the community,” says Julia Juchnowicz-Zielińska. “We are the first ones to turn on the lights in the morning, and people pass us on their way to work. Figle was always meant to be part of the community – and we’ve achieved that.”

Julia emphasizes that Figle Mikropiekarnia is a place for everyone. Her priority is to create good, high-quality products, rather than simply following trends. What gives her the greatest satisfaction is the positive feedback from customers who appreciate the taste and quality of the breads, rolls, focaccias, sweet buns, cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods.

“My cooperation with ALLCON has been excellent. From the moment I first viewed the space, I knew I was dealing with a professional company I could rely on, which was crucial for my sense of security. After all, I was investing the life savings of both myself and my husband, taking out a loan, and going all in. What surprised me was the amount of support I received from the people managing the properties – I can always count on their help, communication, and intervention if needed,” says Julia Juchnowicz-Zielińska.

The success of the Parkowa bakery has encouraged Julia to open a new location in Gdańsk. We congratulate her and wish her continued success with Figle!

At the heart of the Sceneria Parkowa development in Gdynia lies a unique place – Be Mindful. This venue combines a café, bookstore, and educational center inspired by the principles of mindfulness. Residents are drawn here by the opportunity to relax, reflect, and focus on the present moment.

From Idea to Reality

The idea for Be Mindful was born out of a desire to create a space that promotes quality rest. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s increasingly difficult to find room for reflection and rejuvenation. A café-bookstore with an educational center answers this need. At Be Mindful, visitors can pause, enjoy a good coffee, delve into meaningful literature, and reconnect with themselves. It is also a space for meeting inspiring people, sharing passions, and personal growth.

“Be Mindful also emerged from my passion for teaching English. For 22 years, I have worked as a pedagogue, teacher, methodologist, English instructor, and mindfulness trainer. I felt there was no place that combined all these elements. I knew such a space simply had to be created,” says Paulina Walkiewicz-Jasińska, the business owner.

The creation of Be Mindful was a lengthy process that required careful planning. It began with the concept of merging a café with a bookstore and a language-learning space. The next step was developing a detailed plan. Every stage – from selecting the literature and culinary offerings to creating the unique interior ambiance – demanded attention to detail. Key elements included collaboration with architects and building a team that shared the owner’s vision.

Choosing the Location

“I feel like this place was waiting for us. From the very beginning, we knew the location had to be special. We wanted a space with potential for building a community, surrounded by people who are dynamic yet value peace and quality of life. We chose a venue in Mały Kack, Gdynia, because it perfectly aligns with our vision – a vibrant district with residents who are looking for a place to unwind from daily responsibilities. I’ve lived here for 12 years and couldn’t imagine Be Mindful being located anywhere else,” says Paulina Walkiewicz-Jasińska.

The decisive factor was the combination of a convenient location with proximity to nature and a space that fosters mindfulness. The venue has recently opened and is attracting increasing interest – customers appreciate both the atmosphere and the unique offerings.

“My cooperation with ALLCON was very professional, and I felt supported at every stage. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the team’s dedication, not only in technical matters but also in understanding my vision for this place. Thanks to that, we created a venue that perfectly meets the needs of our clients, from the youngest to seniors,” adds Ms. Paulina.

We recommend Be Mindful to anyone looking for a space to pause, make new connections, or enjoy quiet time with a book. It is also an ideal place for children, teenagers, and adults who want to learn English in a friendly and effective way.
