What is GDPR?

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) has been in force since May 25, 2018. The full name is: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

1. Who is the administrator of personal data?

The administrator of personal data, i.e. the entity deciding how personal data will be used, is ALLCON NIERUCHOMOŚCI limited liability company based in Gdynia at al. Marsz. Piłsudskiego 11 lok. 5.1, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000796153, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

2. How to contact the Administrator for more information about the processing of personal data?

You can contact the Administrator with any question or request in all matters regarding personal data.

3. For what purpose is personal data processed?

Personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to:

  • take action to conclude a contract at the request of the data subject and possible performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party,
  • fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator,
  • pursuing or securing any claims.

4. Is there an obligation to provide your personal data?

Providing personal data is not a statutory obligation. This is a voluntary act and takes place only with the consent given, however, failure to provide personal data will prevent the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes.

5. Who can the Administrator share data with?

The administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request to provide such information based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

6. For how long can the Administrator process personal data?

The administrator may process personal data until an objection is lodged, and for the period of:

  • performance of the contract,
  • performance of obligations arising from legal provisions,
  • until expiration of any claims

7. Does the Administrator process personal data in an automated manner?

The administrator does not automatically process personal data (profiling).

8. What rights do the persons whose personal data are processed by the Administrator have?

In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights:

  • the right to access and rectify data content,
  • the right to request removal or restriction of processing,
  • the right to object,
  • the right to data transfer,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the content of this document, as well as to introduce a new document, by unilateral action.

Changing cookies in popular search engines

Google Chrome

You need to click on the menu (in the upper right corner), Settings tab> Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button. In the “Cookies” section you can change the following cookie settings:

  • deleting cookies;
  • blocking cookies by default;
  • default permission for cookies;
  • default saving of cookies and website data until the browser is closed;
  • specifying exceptions for cookies from specific websites or domains.

Internet Explorer

From the browser menu (upper right corner): Tools> Internet Options> Privacy, Sites button. Use the slider to set the level, confirm the change with the OK button.

Mozilla Firefox

From the browser menu: Tools> Options> Privacy. Activate the Firefox field: “will use user settings”. Cookies (cookies) are determined by clicking – or not – the Accept cookies item.

Safari

In the Safari drop-down menu, select Preferences and click the Security icon. Here you choose the level of security in the “Accept cookies” area.
