Advantages of the development

LINEA is a new investment located in Gdansk, at the border of Morena and Jasien, thanks to which it combines robust infrastructure and well established transportation connections with the picturesque surroundings.

The great location allows access to the center of Gdansk and Wrzeszcz within 10 minutes. Furthermore, LINEA has two tram stops nearby. The lines of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway serve two nearby stations: Jasien and Brentowo, from which you can get to the airport in 10 minutes, to Gdynia in 30 minutes, and to Kashubia in less than 60 minutes. There are also new bicycle paths near the investment. The estate is also located close to the Tricity bypass.

The estate will consist of six four- and five-story multi-family buildings. Buildings E, F, and D have already been completed, while the handover of commercial units to tenants in Building C is planned for June 2025. In the future, Buildings A and B will also be developed. The LINEA offering is complemented by 27 terraced houses, each with its own garden and garage. The estate has been designed with community integration in mind and features infrastructure to support this goal – numerous benches, green areas, and plazas equipped with bicycle racks. The on-site commercial units will certainly make it easier to meet daily needs.

The commercial units for rent will be located on the ground floor of Buildings C and D. The units in Building D were commercialized first. In Building C, tenants will have access to 10 shell-and-core commercial units, ranging in size from approximately 42 to 97 sqm (most of them with the possibility of combination). Selected units will allow for gastronomic activities. An additional advantage is the possibility of renting parking spaces in the outdoor parking lot located next to Buildings C and D.
