  • ALLCON OSIEDLA OBTAINS ANOTHER CERTIFICATE

This certificate confirms ALLCON Osiedla’s excellent financial standing as well as high level of profitability, viability and liquidity.

  • ALLCON WILL CONSTRUCT THE SYLVA OFFICE BUILDING WITH CLT TECHNOLOGY

    Sylva, a rapidly growing producer of timber items, has joined our list of clients. Under a general contracting agreement, we will construct their first wooden office structure. Sylva is part of the Piveteaubois group, a French company that manufactures wood building and garden architectural items. Their new headquarters will be built with CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology, which ensures longevity and a minimal carbon footprint. APA Wojciechowski Architekci designed the object, which will be Poland's first CLT office building of this magnitude. The completion of this project demonstrates how important sustainable development and innovation are to us.

  • ALLCON SUPPORTS GREEN ENERGY

    Minimising our environmental impact is the goal we have set for ourselves. Therefore, we have contracted and had certified the purchase of green energy to power the construction sites of our residential projects, including LINEA and Nowa Dąbrowa, as well as the OFFICER building, where our headquarters are located. The AXPO certificate confirms that the electric energy we buy has either the Guarantees of Origin or the Renewable Energy Certificates.

  • Allcon and one of the biggest Polish investments

    One of the largest and tallest Polish residential and commercial properties to be built in the centre of Gdynia. ALLCON Group announced the result of the international competition for the architectural concept. Six renowned design offices took part, and the winner is Grupa 5 Architekci from Warsaw.

  • ALLCON BUILDS PORSCHE SHOWROOM IN SOPOT

    ALLCON Budownictwo – the general contractor of the Allcon Group – will erect another premium-grade building. The facility, commissioned by the LELLEK Group, will be the most modern and impressive Porsche show room in Poland.
